An intensley flavoured lime & citrus Chardonnay with balanced acidtity & fine, sweet French oak. Maely, elegant, rich & refined.
Harvested 9th March 2013. Barrel fermented in new Frenck oak puncheons with indigenous yeast/ Lees stirring for approx 4 months and a further 7 months barrel maturation. Barrel type - Dargaua & jaegele. Fining - Isinglass. Estate bottled Feb 2015.
