Clean and refreshing flavours of lemon, lime and green apples bounce off the tongue. The palate is full of zesty lime and apricot flavours with a hint of sweetness. A slight minerality gives this light, fresh wine a lasting finish.

These grapes were harvested from selected vineyards in Marlborough at the peak of flavour development in the cool of the evening. After fermentation the parcels of fruit were carefully blended together and prepared for bottling.
