You couldn’t wish for a more delicious, crisp and fruit driven sauvignon blanc! Sourced from several vineyards in Marlborough this wine has a lifted nose showing aromas of blackcurrant, grapefruit and white currant.
The palate is light bodied and refreshing with flavours of whitecurrant, pink grapefruit and green apple. A delightful sauvignon with good acidity and length.
Savour this wine with West Coast whitebait or if you can’t lay your hands on that delicacy try it with lemon baked fish or warm chicken salad.
Perfect for drinking now, it will continue to drink well over the next two years.
