Description

Stone fruit, citrus & spice. Ripe nectaine & citrus flavours complemented by a creamy textured & crisp finish.

The juice was cold settled and racked before fermentation with a selection of yeast strains at cool temperatures for aproximately three weeks. Following fermentation the wine remained on yeast lees and underwent partial malolcatic fermentation. After blending the wine was fined using natural methods & prepared for bottling. This wine is lightly oaked.
