The classic sparkling grapes of chardonnay and pinot noir were carefully selected and blended specifically for this wine. Using these two varieties has added complexity and depth to the wine while still maintaining impressive fruit flavours.
This is an elegant sparkling wine featuring a wonderful creamy texture combined with crisp pear and green apple. It has lively bubbles and a seamless acid backbone that delivers a clean, crisp and lengthy finish. Delightful aromas of fresh cut white peach and red apple headline, with a slight hint of nutty yeast.

I was introduced to this wine through a friend who bought me this wine as a gift. Because the quality was so good I thought it had to be very expensive but was amazed at the value for money. This is why I have joined up so as to experience wines I never thought would be available to me.
