An elegant wine with a fragrant bouquet displaying lifted aromas of white peach and apricot with integrated oak spice. The palate is soft and round showing peach, lemon, cream and a touch of hazelnut. Medium in body with great mouthfeel and depth of fruit. A portion of the wine was fermented in oak and underwent malolactic fermentation. This Wishbone Chardonnay is perfect for dinking now and with careful cellaring can be enjoyed over the next two to three years.
A great match with roast chicken, pork belly or creamy pasta.
