Wine is a blend 64% Lowburn, 36% Gibbston fruit – hence our special blend. 100% Central Otago The vineyards are both hand tended, and grapes handpicked and hand selected: the emphasis is on sustainable winegrowing practices. Matured in oak barrels for 10 months – 7% new oak. Cellaring potential – up to 8 years.
