"Moderately intense Chablis with chalk, oyster shell, citrus/lemon and green apple flavours. Deliciously mouth-watering acidity. A perfect match for freshly-shucked oysters garnished with a squeeze of lime" Bob Campbell, Master of Wine, Real Review, Jan 2024

"Delightfully ripe and inviting, the wine shows apricot, mango, nougat and oatmeal nuances on the nose, followed by a beautifully rounded palate that's creamy and sleek at the same time. Splendidly structured by finely pitched acidity, finishing long and elegant. This punches well above Petit Chablis designation. At its best: now to 2027" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jan 2024

"A delicate yet precise bouquet of white fleshed fruits and lemon, chamomile tips and white peach. The mineral quality is instant with a a chalk and seashell scents. Crisp, light and dry with medium+ acid line and a satin touch. Flavours of citrus then stone fruits, floral and white soil soils. Crisp, dry, classic, no wood and delicious" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier

Balanced white and yellow fruits, a touch of citrus and grapefruit in the mix. Medium bodied with a rounded mineral finish to reveal its terroir. Such class and elegance.

Alc: 12.5%

1 x Domaine la Meulière Chablis 2022 (France)

AWARDED 92/100 POINTS: Wine Align

The 2022 Village Chablis from Domaine de la Meulière has expressive aromas of citrus, white stone fruit and flowers with a rounded palate of good minerality supported by refined citrus zest characters. The palate is well balanced with tons of white fleshed fruit and a salty tang on the finish. This is one of the most delicious young Chablis we have drunk in a while.  Lovely balance with plenty of fruit combined with tons of the mineral, crushed oyster shell character that we love in great Chablis. Sometimes we can find village Chablis to be a little lean and mean but not this one, super drinkable and a lovely balance between the crisp mineral freshness and white fleshed nectarines and peaches. Keeps you coming back for more! Bravo.

1 x J. Moreau & Fils Chablis 2022 (France)

AWARDED GOLD MEDAL: Concours des Vins de Chablis
AWARDED GOLD MEDAL: Sakura Japan Womens Wine Awards
AWARDED 93/100 POINTS: Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier
AWARDED 93/100 POINTS & 5 STARS: Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Feb 2024

"Aromas and flavours of citrus then apple, as the wine opens out in glass the hallmarks of Chablis begin to emerge with a mineral core, some chamomile tea, oyster shell and white flowers. A silky texture touches the palate first then acidity builds contrast with each new sip. Flavours of fruit and mineral reflect the bouquet leading to a finer finish. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from 2024 through 2028+" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier

"Modern, stylish and inviting, the wine shows ripe peach, rockmelon, lemon peel and savoury pastry aromas on the nose. The palate displays excellent weight and generously textured mouthfeel, elegantly framed by juicy acidity. Beautifully composed and poised, making it highly appealing. At its best: now to 2029" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Feb 2024

This cuvée “Gloire de Chablis” is a tribute to the relics of Saint-Martin formerly protected and honored in the ancient Monastery of St-Loup in Chablis. Located just outside the village and specialists in the wines of Chablis since 1814, J. Moreau & Fils has built its reputation on respect for the terroir and works 300 individual vineyard plots.
