The wine is stylistically fruit forward and complex, with rock melon and creamy vanilla notes on the nose. The palate stands out with textural nashi pear and ripe apple and apricot flavours.
Who wants to be normal anyway? This 2023 Chardonnay is reflective of the joy we experience when we try something new.
Crafted from a small parcel of Marlborough grapes from the Rapaura area, and harnessed to create a vibrant and enticing drop. Unlike a traditional style Chardonnay, this Odd Out Chardonnay is unoaked.

Thought I was ordering the Sauvignon Blanc but ordered the Chardonnay by mistake and have been pleasantly surprised as it is very light and not too overpowering . Great value and nice for a change !

Good value for money. My partner enjoys unoaked chardonnay. She was the first female rep for Montana and worked also for Humphries in ChCh. Some of your lesser known chardonnays are great value.
