White stonefruit and floral aromatics. The palate is crisp with lemon peel, green apple and honeysuckle flavours followed by a saline minerality that leaves you wanting more!

The 2022 vintage presented excellent growing conditions. The harvest was slightly later than usual, starting on average 2 weeks later than the previous vintages. The temperatures were mild through the harvest months which produced excellent ripening conditions for Pinot Gris.

Picked over night during cool temperatures to preserve delicate fruit characters. Pressed directly off skins and fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. A long cool ferment for approximately 10 days. The wine was left on yeast lees for two months before bottling early to maintain freshness.

Kindred Spirits was established by friends with a shared interest in creating richly flavoured and varietally expressive wines whilst having a little fun along the way!
