The Clos des Miran vineyard, certified organic since 2014, is located in Pont-Saint-Esprit in the Gard department, a few steps from the major tourist sites of the region. The Clos vineyard comprises some twenty hectares in one single block, planted with Syrah, Grenache, Viognier and Roussanne grapes. Organic.

Château Moulin is located in the commune Entre-Deux-Mers in St Antoine du Queyre, just outside of the city of Bordeaux. They grow mostly merlot, but have small planting of cabernet sauvignon. The vineyard site is 30 years old and located on limestone-clay soil, which creates ideal conditions for growing merlot. The winery headed Frederic Petit, a young farmer making modern and approachable wines.

60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot.
