"Medium bodied in a classic Burgundian style. Dark berries, mocha coffee notes, with a nudge of umami savoury. Medium acids and tannins. Dry finish" Phil Parker

Bright red raspberries and cherries sparkle both in the glass. Full of red raspberry and cherry aromas. The full, yet subtle entry leads to flavors of ripe blackberry, cherry preserves and touches of cloves and anise. Velvety and full of finesse from barrel aging, the wine finishes with medium tannins and touches of brown sugar and allspice.
