This generously fruit driven unoaked Chardonnay displays refreshing aromas of ripe peach, nectarine, and melon. On the palate is layers of stone fruit, and bright citrus, underpinned with a subtle minerality that encourages a clean and lasting finish. The unoaked style of this Chardonnay brings a level of freshness and vibrance to the palate while maintaining a delicious stone fruit characteristic.
The Fruit for this 2021 Chardonnay was sourced from various sites within the acclaimed Marlborough region and comprises of multiple clones adding variety and complexity to the finished wine.
This unwooded Chardonnay has a refreshing style, enhanced through a controlled cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Food Pairing: Such a refreshing wine can be enjoyed on its own in the company of friends or paired well with lime grilled chicken and a summer salad with a citrus based dressing.
