This crisp and refreshing Kingfisher Sauvignon Blanc delivers tropical fruits and kiwifruit layered with citrus delivering lively mouthfeel and juicy acidity. Flavours of feijoa and nectarine with a lean minerality help create a full round palate and a classical Marlborough sauvignon blanc.
The fruit for this wine was selected from vineyards across Marlborough’s sub regions, including the Wairau Valley. The fruit was carefully monitored throughout maturity and was harvested upon reaching optimum flavour development and ripeness.
Food Pairing: This wine is ideal as an aperitif or a great accompaniment for Japanese dishes. Perfect for drinking immediately or at its best over the next two years.
