Garnet with a purple hue. Dark berry and cassis notes on the nose with subtle oak spice and a hint of vanilla. A plush fruit driven palate. Fine tannins with soft acidity and a lingering finish.

A blend of 55% Merlot and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Individual vineyard parcels were selectively picked. Each parcel was destemmed with sorting into open top red fermentation tanks. Hand plunged several times a day the wine remained on skins for 14-28 days then pressed to barrel or tank for natural Malolactic fermentation.
