The unforgettably rosy, romantic palette of a gondola sunset on the Venice canals, the iridescence of Murano glass, the light glow above the Dolomites, the sweet tartness of a poolside cherry cocktail. Subtle pink with delicate violet reflections. Generous but refined persistent perlage. Fresh fruity bouquet with hints of small red fruits, marasca cherries, currants and blackberries. Fresh, delicate and dry on the palate. Good acidity with hints of blackberry typical of Raboso grape. Velvety sensations from the discrete tannic structure.
100% Raboso Veronese.
Food Pairing: Gentle but elegant sparkling wine, with versatile and vivacious character. Ideal with cold appetizers, sushi and raw seafood in general but also pairs well with barbecue dishes and pizza.

I didnt find this extra dry at all...more towards medium dry.. definitely raspberry there , subtle spice and a little fruity and smooth with fruit flavours with an almost crisp acidity, very appealing and easy to enjoy.
