Description

In its primary aromas, flowers like geranium and chrysanthemums can be perceived; as well as sweet and sour fruits such as green apples, and citrus such as tangerine and pink grapefruit with a sweet spicy ending of pink pepper. In its secondary aromas, a note of dairy can be perceived as in peach yogurt.

Visually, it is very clean, bright and of an apparently high texture. It is transparent with green platinum edges. It has persistent aromatic intensity with a floral and citrus character. In mouth, it is a well structured Mezcal with present acidity and alcoholic perception, with unctuous body. It has a light astringency and bitterness. Its gustatory complexity unwraps with sweet and sour flavours such as tangering and vanilla essence, leacing a prolonged aftertaste of sunflower seed jimmy. The performance in glass is also long lasting. We consider this Mezcal to have a high acceptance due to its pleasant aromas, where there is a present smokiness but it is not the dominant note, which allows the flo of its olfactory richness. It has a rich silky texture and a mild alcoholic perception which eases its consumption. On the other hand, it's produced with the second most demanded agave in the market due to its recent popularity, mainly amongst those who are Mezcal beginners.

Its aromas are open, for we recommend serving in medium-sized rim glasses that can retain them for a little longer and at room temperature.
