Description
Visually, it is very clean, bright and of an apparent high texture. Mild viscosity, mid to high adherence. In the nose, you can immediately perceive a smoky aroma. Herbal character, almost like freshly cut grass and wheat sprout. After lightly shaking the glass, floral and citrusy aromas can be perceived, such as jazmines, lime and grapefruit peel. In mouth, it has a good body, long permanence, lightly unctuous. Dominant smokiness with a light spiciness and dark chocolate aromas. Behind the smoke, you can sense the cooked agave and agave honey. In the aftertaste, you can perceive green bell pepper and roasted poblano chiles. As the mezcal evolves, the smoke and spice lighten and you can taste roasted fruit like pineapple.
