"Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is softly full, with passionfruit, citrus, nettle, and sweet floral aromas. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, aromas of passionfruit, lime and grapefruit zest interweave lime and elderflower. The fruit is vibrant, supported by lively acidity; citrusy grapefruit zest adds interest. A subtle creaminess softens and broadens the palate. Fresh aromatics of nettle, wet stone and citrus on the nose. Classic ripe gooseberries, bright citrus and clean minerality adds to length and a persistent finish.
The fruit was sourced from a selection of vineyards across Marlborough's fertile Wairau Valley area, including the iconic Dillons Point region. Each vineyard's yield was carefully managed and fruit monitored throughout the growing season. The grapes were harvested upon reaching the desired flavour spectrum and maturity.
2022 was a fantastic vintage, with a small crop of intensely flavoured grapes. The grapes were machine harvested and transported promptly to the winery to be lightly pressed. The juice was lightly settled, then cool fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks, in order to retain the vibrant fresh flavours and intense aromatics. Heather carefully selected her preferred blend prior to final bottling.

Haven't been drinking Sauv Blanc for sometime now as was finding often it was too acidic for me,but caved when I saw the deal..have only opened one bottle so far,still not my fave,but will battle on,and order pilot nor or merit next time...thanks
