Orange, chocolate and coffee on the nose. Deep chocolate, long coffee finish, cardamon, smooth and well balanced.
At No8 Distillery are excited to bring the first Moka Gin to the NZ market. They are thrilled to be collaborating with Vanguard Specialty Coffee Company and Ocho chocolate. Vanguard coffee provides a unique coffee that has undergone a new and unsual technique called carbonic maceration, which brings an uplifting and well rounded coffee note to our cold brew. Vanguard Coffee also provides cascara, a by product that is used in the maceration process and it brings a ovely depth and sweetness to the Moka Gin.
Ocho chocolate supply their chocolate husks, another by-product utilised which brings a gorgeous rich and smooth chocolate profile.
No8 Moka Gin is great neat, and pairs well with East Imperial tonic water for a refreshing G&T.
