1 x Framingham Marlborough Chardonnay 2021

Food Pairing: All kinds of cheeses, white meats and rich seafood such as koura (crayfish) and smoked warehou.

Alc: 13.5%

1 x Greenhough Road Block Nelson Chardonnay 2020

Predominantly from the Morison Vineyard, Hope, planted in 2000, managed organically and BioGro certified since 2014. Clone B95 is planted in the top part of the vineyard where 1-1.5 meters of heavier clays, washed down from the hills immediately behind, overlay the loamy, stony gravels typical of this part of the Waimea Plains. Vines are cane pruned on a single fruiting wire with a target yield of 7-8 tonnes per hectare. Machine harvested and de-stemmed in the vineyard and transferred directly to press. Juice was briefly settled and racked with moderate solids to French oak barriques and puncheons, (15% new) for fermentation. For this vintage all barrels were inoculated with selected yeast. The wine has undergone full secondary malolactic fermentation (MLF) to further soften acidity and enhance mouthfeel.

Certified Organic.

1 x The Landing Boathouse Bay Of Islands Chardonnay 2020

Awarded 92/100 Points & 5 Stars: Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews, Aug 2022

Awarded 92/100 points: Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Sep 2022

"Bright, pale yellow with depth and a green hue, even colour throughout. The nose is full and generous, with melon, apple and pear aromas interweaving walnut, toasted almond, spice and oyster shell minerals. Medium-bodied, the palate is elegantly presented, melon, apple and pear aromas enriched by toasty oak elements, nuances of almond and walnut melded with warm butter and spice, and finished with an umami note and oyster shell minerals. The mouthfeel is creamy and broad; fine-textured phenolics and minerals contribute to an elegant line supported by a balanced and fine acid line. This nutty Chardonnay shows harmonious flavours of generous fruit and oak elements, with excellent intensity and a buttery mouthfeel. Match with roasted chicken and pineapple glazed ham over the next 3-5 years" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews, Aug 2022

"A smooth textured and very stylish expression of Chardonnay with aromas and flavours of fresh white peach and pear, some apple and grapefruit. There’s a clay soil and fine wood spice quality adding complexity. Fine, pure and new on the palate with a silky texture touching first then flavours of white fleshed orchard fruit with a note of citrus. Tannins are very fine with a salivating acid line pulling all the attributes together. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2025" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Sep 2022

Food Pairing: The lovely pithy texture in this wine will make it perfect for classic parings of crayfish, fresh grilled snapper and shellfish. You’ll find those served at The Boathouse most days too.

Alc: 13.5%

1 x Wild Rock Hawke's Bay Chardonnay 2015

Pale golden straw colour. Warming aromatics of fresh butter on toast, mandarin peel and peach. The palate is juicy with ripe stonefuit flavours, good oak integration and an excellent long dry finish.

Food Pairing: Fish and poultry.

Alc: 13.2%

1 x Rapaura Springs Reserve Marlborough Chardonnay 2021

Awarded 94/100 Points & 5 Stars: Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Oct 2021

"This is delectably styled and expressed with golden stone fruit, rockmelon, nougat, brioche and roasted hazelnut aromas on the nose, followed by a wonderfully generous palate offering ripe fruit intensity together with seductive oak nuances, leading to a lengthy creamy finish. At its best: now to 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Oct 2021

The Rapaura Springs Reserve Chardonnay is rich and flavourful. Each bottle is bursting with honeysuckle, white peach, nectarine and fresh citrus, all complemented by toasty vanilla and subtle spiced oak characters.

Alc: 13.5%

1 x Summerhouse Marlborough Chardonnay 2019

Awarded 91/100 Points & 4 Stars: Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews, Jan 2021

Awarded Silver Medal: Royal Easter Show Wine Awards 2021

Elegant and attractively expressed, the bouquet shows apricot, fig, lemon zest and subtle roasted nut aromas, leading to a beautifully rounded palate offering smooth mouthfeel and creamy texture. Well proportioned and comfortingly tasty. At its best: now to 2023" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Oct 2020

"Bright, pale straw-yellow with some depth and a green hue, lighter on edge. The nose is soft with an elegant scent of stonefruit citrus intermix a light note of vanilla cream and a hint of almond. Medium-full bodied, more expressive on the palate, peaches and nectarines along with a little grapefruit interweave almond biscuit, vanilla cream. An elegant, fine-textured phenolic line added to the mouthfeel, linger with nutty nuances to a sustained, satisfying finish. Match with baked chicken pie and quiche lorraine over the next 3 years" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews, Jan 2021

A beautiful Chardonnay that has a classic golden shimmer and aromas of juicy nectarine and honeydew melon. Rich and luscious in flavour with a subtle oak influence, each sip is fresh and delicately balanced.
