This Chardonnay is elegant and concentrated, with a complex palate of stone fruit and lemon zest with a lengthy finish.
These Chardonnay grapes were sourced from select vineyards in Marlborough’s Lower Wairau Valley, and continually monitored until the right balance of flavour and ripeness was attained.
They were then harvested and transported to the winery where the grapes were pressed, lightly settled, then matured in oak, to develop the rich caramel and vanilla characteristics.
