Inky purple in the glass. Lifted mulberry fruits and sweet oak spice aromason the bouquet. Opulent, full bodied with jammy dark fruits. The wine is mouthcoating with fine tannins, good balance and length.
Further intensified with rich, natural colour sourced from grapes, our winemaking team carefully blend our vibrant, flavour packed parcels of premium Barossa wine to create a Cabernet Sauvignon so bold and dark in colour, it’s almost ink. A hot dry summer preceded mild vintage conditions ensuring that grapes achieved their optimal ripeness.
