A deliciously dry and refreshing Rosé, made entirely from Pinot Noir. It has notes of strawberry and raspberries. Pale salmon in colour, with a mineral, saline streak and a lively finish.
The Carrick Rosé is made from estate-grown, single vineyard, BioGro certified organic Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested from the lower terrace of our Towan Vineyard, the first grapes to be picked. They are crushed to extract colour, then pressed. Following settling, the juice is racked to old oak barriques for fermentation and maturation. This wine is also the first of the vintage to be bottled to capture the freshness of this wine.
