Ruby red in color, it boasts an elegant perfume of wild cherry and plums with subtle notes of spices and vanilla. The flavor is full, smooth, and delicately tannic.

100% Gaglioppo grown in sand & limestone 250m above sea level on 35-40 year old vines. 

Wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks with a long maceration on skins followed by aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.
