This lovely vintage is bursting with pure flavours of ripe red pear, and strawberries with a hint of cream leading to a lingering succulent finish.
Sourced from Marlborough vineyards with grapes harvested in their optimal condition. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain freshness and capture the fruit flavours. The grapes spent only a few hours on skins to extract the delicate flavour, aroma and colour and then carefully pressed.
Food Pairing: An approachable aperitif style but also well matched grilled fish and baby leaf salad.
