Description

  • Dry style
  • Roses & raspberry
  • Sweet red plum
  • Crisp & refreshing

"Pristine and fabulously expressed, the wine shows watermelon, apricot, lemon peel and floral aromas on the nose. The palate is equally charming with youthful fruit intensity backed by fine texture and juicy acidity, making it instantly appealing. At its best: now to 2022" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Nov 2021

"Made with a blend of Grenache and Syrah the bouquet and palate of this wine showcases sweet red plum, raspberry and roses. Tense, crisp, refreshing and dry with a crushed stone mineral, medium+ acidity and a lengthy fruit filled finish. Balanced, fresh and ready to enjoy from today and through end of Summer 2022" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Dec 2020

"A delicate rosé dress that makes you want to breathe it gently. It is then that it surprises us with its intense aromas of red fruits, blood orange, white peach, lilac. A greedy nose where the fruity and floral scents are revealed with delight. A wine that coaxes the taste buds before stimulating them with a nice freshness on the finish" Winemaker

Listel terroir owes its identity to the Mediterranean Sea: a dry and warm climate tempered by hygrometric influences of sea, and by refreshing sea breezes. A land of sand and soil brought by the sea wind. The nature of the terroir, choice of grape varieties and their Cellar Master’s unique wine-making technique, provide the colour, aromas and freshness which make the Listel range one of a kind.

Listel is above all a strong story told for over 100 years. It was in 1883 that the Salins du Midi, owners of large expanses of sand in the Camargue, decided to plant the first vines on the “Isles de Stel”, a plot that gave its name to the emblematic rosé: Listel.
