Description

  • Dry style
  • Cherry
  • Bramble
  • Fine acidity

"Beautifully fruited and fragrant with raspberry, crunchy apple, apricot and rich floral aromas, it's succulent and flavoursome in the mouth displaying excellent weight and persistency. A generous style offering fruit richness with vibrant acidity, finishing lingering and wonderfully crisp-dry. At its best: now to 2024" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jun 2022

"Moderately deep-tinted rosé with intense cherry, raspberry, fresh herb and spice flavours. Bright, crisp wine with a silken texture in a bone-dry style. Made from 100% pinot noir grapes. Value!" Bob Campbell, Master of Wine, Real Review, Jul 2022

This Rosé shows cherry and bramble flavours supported by fine acidity and fruit richness. Best served chilled.

The vineyard where this Mystery wine hails from was established at the turn of this century and exclusively planted with Pinot Noir grapes to capture what Central Otago has become world-famous for.

This Rosé was created using the finest handpicked Pinot Noir grapes. These were gently whole bunch pressed and the resulting juice fermented slowly to retain flavour and finesse.
