Pale straw with green hues. Tropical aromas of grapefruit and passionfruit combine with herbaceous nettle notes. Flavours of grapefruit, gooseberry and tropical passionfruit on the palate. This combines with a green herbal character and a mineral note. Fresh and flavoursome with a silky texture and a long lingering finish. Perfect for drinking immediately, this Sauvignon Blanc will be at its best over the next two years.
The fruit for this wine was selected from vineyards across Marlborough’s sub regions, including the Wairau Valley. The fruit was carefully monitored throughout maturity and was harvested upon reaching optimum flavour development and ripeness. Transported to the winery with haste and pressed off with minimal skin contact, the resulting juice was cool fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and aromatics.

Enjoyed first 12 bottles I got so ordered another 6. Tasted different label different which would not have had anything to do with it of course , year seemed to be the same. Probably the food we were eating it with. First shipment seemed more fruity which we both prefer. Good value for money though.
