1 x Rameau D’Or Côtes De Provence Rosé 2018 1.5L Magnum (France)

Very pale with just a hint of peachy blush. On the nose, intensely floral with spice-tinged berries; on the palate it has a lovely density, laden with white peach, rose petals and grapefruit rind. Striking a delicate balance between fruit weight, lip smacking mineral acidity and taut, spicy fine-grained tannin - this is the Provence we know and love - tres elegant and long.

This wine was crafted from vineyards located in the Var department, in the heart of the Côte de Provence. Vines are located on sunny slopes. Soil and sub-soil are composed of limestone from the Trias and the Jurassic period, with some clay-limestone variation.

1 x Man O' War Waiheke Pinque Rosé 2019 1.5L Magnum

The Pinque Rosé wine is remarkably consistent year on year and the 2019 is no different. Pale salmon in colour with fresh and inviting red berry characters matching a clean, crisp and fresh palate.

This classical dry style Rosé comes from hillside vineyards surrounding the beautiful Cactus Bay and Owhiti Beach on Waiheke Island along with Merlot and Malbec from Ponui Island.

Food Pairing: The 2019 Pinque is a perfect all season aperitif or served as a refreshing taste of Summer!

1 x Spy Valley Marlborough Pinot Noir Rosé 2018 1.5L Magnum

Pretty pale apricot pink in the glass. This Rosé presents a fresh bouquet of citrus flower, strawberry and rock-melon. Sweet red fruit and cherry flavours with medium bodied structure, with a crisp and dry finnish.

Winemakers – Paul Bourgeois and Richelle Collier 100% handpicked, with 85% whole bunch pressed, and 15% being a “Saignee” of juice immediately drained from handpicked fruit  destemmed to vats. A small portion was fermented on solids and in barrels with the remainder undergoing stainless steel tank fermentation.
