An elegant and classic single vineyard Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that won’t disappoint! Rich and powerful notes of tropical fruit, lime zest and capsicum, coupled with blackcurrant leaf and a clean mineral finish. This wine is drinking beautifully from release and will continue to be aromatic and vibrant for the next three years.
Selected from a single site in Marlborough’s Lower Wairau Valley, made up of old riverbed soils, ideal for producing Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes were machine harvest at peak ripeness and pressed at the winery prior to cool fermentation in stainless steel to keep the wine fruity and fresh.
Food Pairing: Well matched with smoked salmon and steamed green-lipped mussels.
