Very pale straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The dry, fresh and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.

DIBON Cava is an exciting project developed by the Tetas family, owners of Bodegas Pinord, founded in 1949.  Now run by the 3rd generation of the Tetas family, their winemaking interests centre around the region of Penedès and they acknowledged specialists in producing the great sparkling wines of the region, Cava.

1 x Taittinger Cuvee Prestige NV (France)

The brilliant body is golden yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine, while the foam is discreet yet lingering. The nose, very open and expressive, delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. It also gives off the fragrance of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The entry onto the palate is lively, fresh and in total harmony. This is a delicate wine with flavours of fresh fruit and honey. Brut Prestige is aged in the cellar for three to four years to reach perfect maturity and develop excellent aromatic potential.

1 x Veuve Ambal Cremant de Bourgogne NV (France)

Brilliant gold colour. The nose is fruity with notes of exotic fruits and citrus. In the mouth, we can find aromas of hite flowers and pastries. The finish shows nice liveliness.

Food Pairing: Al types of dishes such as pear, parmesan, candied pecan rocket salad, or some delicious grilled meat with mac & cheese, or even strawberry shortcake.

1 x Millton Muskats @ Dawn 2017

In 2017 the winemakers have again embraced a traditional treasure, taking inspiration from the Moscato d'Asti of Italy. The gentle sparkle delights the senses with tropical fruit and the first blossoms of spring as we step from antiquity into the modern era... The quintessential Summer wine just to drink and reflect. Serve well chilled.
