A vibrant and lively expression of Sauvignon Blanc with a silky rounded palate, with citrus and stone fruit characters complimenting the tropical and floral notes on the nose. An expressive palate, with tropical fruits notes entwined with mouthwatering citrus hints and mineral acidity.
Periods of fine weather towards the end of March allowed the development of a riper spectrum of tropical flavours, providing the winemakers with an extensive array of complimentary blending components from which to assemble the wines.
Five estate blocks were picked over two perfect cold Marlborough mornings, helping capture and retain the concentrated flavour and aromatics of the grapes. Individual batches were cool fermented in stainless steel tanks using multiple cultured yeasts, prior to blending and bottling.
