Indian Summer is a dry, pale, Provençal style Rosé blended with Pinot Gris, Viognier, Cinsault and Merlot grapes grown at Waiana Estate and the surrounding areas. Indian Summer is left on lees for several months to maximise the texture and minerality of this fabulous blend.

Waiana Estate produce three different Rosé blends each with a distinct taste profile. The current Rosé labels are Indian Summer, Summer Sault and Indian Summer Private Blend. Waiana Estate is family owned, located in the beautiful Tukituki valley in Hawke's Bay, a river valley carved by shingle that runs into the Pacific Ocean. The estate runs down to the beautiful Tukituki river and the soil on which Indian Summer’s grapes are primarily grown in calcified clay and river shingle.
