Yellow-gold hue in the glass with a green apple and pear bouquet. These aromas classically characterise this wine as Clarksburg, while honeycomb and vanilla heighten the first impression. The rich, round entry rolls into a viscous and silky mouthfeel, surrounded by Asian pears and Honeycrisp apples. The finish lingers long and soft, like the wafting aromas of grandma’s warm apple pie.
Hand crafting wine is something Bogle winemakers have done for nearly 40 years now. With passion for both the art and science of making wine, they have created this Chardonnay using 50% barrel fermentation in new American oak barrels, sur lie aging, monthly batonage…all in an effort to create a delicious wine to grace your table.

Not normally a modern style Chardonnay drinker but this was recommended to me from a friend and it did not disappoint. Great smooth rounded taste that rattles around on the tongue for quite some time delighting my senses. Definitely will be "buy again" brand. Amazing value for money. Loved it!

When this is being offered at under $20 I grab a few cases. Never thought I'd say that I love any Californian wines but my opinion has changed over the past 5 years or so. I have a few favourite Chardonnays that are from this region.

When these guys entered the NZ market they priced this good Californian Chard at $20. Then after some time the price was increased and I stopped buying until every now again the supermarket would special it back down to $20. So when you recently matched that I ordered as at that price it is good value for money.
