"Bright, full, yellow-gold with depth, lighter on edge. The nose is elegantly restrained, gently filled the glass with rich aromas of well-proportioned pastry, barrel spice, butterscotch, underlying stonefruit and citrus. Medium-full bodied, ripe fruit of nectarine, peach interweave grapefruit and zest, enriched by vanilla, butterscotch, fresh-baked almond croissants. There's a good balance of fruit and yeasty autolysis characters, supported by lacy, balanced acidity. The mouthfeel is creamy and smooth, presents butterscotch, almond croissants with elegance. This beautiful balanced Chardonnay has ripe stonefruit and citrus aromas, lacy acidity and barrel, creamy lees characters. Match with roasted chicken and grilled fish over the next 5+ years.
