A combination of both red and dark fruits with hints of red currant and blueberry sit in tandem with aromas of white pepper and Christmas cake spice.
Fresh crunchy red fruit flavours of Morello cherry and raspberry are at the forefront on the palate. An integrated tannin frame provides a sense of travel and direction to go with the fleshy ripe fruits ensuring freshness and some real interest to the blend.
Food Pairing: Pair with a medium-rare steak with creamy mushroom sauce, or beef short ribs and other braised beef dishes.
