The 2019 Rose has an inviting bright pink hue that sparkles in the glass. Candied strawberries, rose petal, summer fruits with dollops of cream and hints of peach. Refreshing and a lip lingering sipper, this is an elegant wine with a persistent palate and delightfully textural.
Made from predominantly Pinot Noir from Misty Cove's flagship vineyard – Fareham Lane. The fruit was lightly pressed and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve these delicate flavours and aromas.
