Experience delicate aromas of berry and mint with subtle oak influences. An intense blackcurrant on the palate with red berry fruit flavours complemented by subtle oak characters.
The fruit for this wine was harvested and selected from vineyards in the Riverland, Limestone Coast and Langhorne Creek regions in South Australia. The grape were crushed and de-stemmed to varying sizes and styles where the fruit was fermented on oak at cooler temperatures. This allows the fruit flavours to be nutured and enables retention of varietal characteristics. Post fermentation the majority of the wine is matured in stainless steel tanks and the remaining is transferred onto French and American oak. The Tempus Two Varietal series Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine with generous length and a persistent, smooth finish.
