The hills of Pressano and of Valle di Cembra are the ideal zones for the cultivation of Nosiola, the only Trentino autochthonous white grape variety. The traditional production area, lying on the marly soil of Pressano, imparts a distinctive aroma and structure to this wine. Soft pressing and static decantation of the must. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Ageing on the lees for 5-6 months before bottling.
