Clean and refreshing flavours of green apple and lime bounce off the tongue. The palate is full of zesty citrus flavours with a hint of sweetness. A slight minerality gives this light, fresh wine a lasting finish.

These grapes were harvested from selected vineyards within Marlborough’s Awatere and upper Wairau Valleys at the peak of flavour development in the cool of the evening. After fermentation the parcels of fruit were carefully blended together and prepared for bottling. Perfect for drinking now this wine will continue to reward for the next two to three years.

Food Pairing: A lovely aperitif wine to have on its own or a fabulous match with pork, fresh fish or Asian cuisine.
