Rich and ripe raspberries balanced with subtle notes of white pepper on the nose. The palate showcases red berries, with hints of white pepper and spice, while well-integrated soft tannins provide great length and finish.
The Tempus Two Silver Series imparts a level of style and sophistication to any dining occasion. The fruit for this wine was sourced from vineyards in South Eastern Australia.
The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed before being fermented on oak at cooler temperatures for 5-7 days. This has allowed the fruit flavours to be nurtured, while enabling the retention of varietal characteristics. The majority of this wine was then matured in stainless steel tanks with a portion transferred onto French and American Oak. This modern, mid-weight Shiraz is designed for immediate drinking.
