The Echo Sauvignon Blanc 2017 is fruit driven with refreshing acidity and a lingering mineral finish. Beautiful lifted aromas of grapefruit and freshly cut capsicum and an expressive palate of fresh citrus. The fruit for this wine came from select vineyards in the Awatere and Wairau Valleys in Marlborough and was fermented at cool temperatures in 100 per cent stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit characters. Drink now or at its best over the next two years.

Food Fooding: A perfect match with a Thai chicken salad or on its own as an aperitif.

A very good, traditional Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc - there's citrus fruit, a hint of marram grass, and a balanced minerality. This is a very good summer wine that was offerd at a great price, and the landing was made even sweeter with it being Freight Free! Thanks blackmarket...and Merry Christmas to all.
