Description
A delicate aroma of green apple, citrus blossom and nougat. Hints of brioche, lemongrass and mineral characters add complexity. This vintage of Blanc de Blanc combines flavours of Tahitian lime, white flowers and sweet stonefruit notes. This handcrafted Blanc de Blanc is elegantly dry in style and exhibits a fine bead and a crisp finish.
The AD range of the Alpha Domus label is reserved exclusively for the top tier wines. These are made at the discretion of the winemaker and released in limited quantities, only when the quality is considered exceptional.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with salmon canapes, oysters, white fish dishes and grilled chicken breast. Also great with citrus, berry desserts or creme brulee.
