Description

Lime zest, passionfruit and melon on the nose with an elegant texture, with some subtle oak influences under typical Marlborough flavours of tropical fruit and fresh green herbs in the palate. Crisp, refreshing and easy-going.

Harvested early in the season in the cool of early morning, gentle juice extraction and pressing under inert gas. Cool settled and fermented mainly in stainless steel tanks, around 10% of fermentation in old oak barrels. Fresh is best, with the first years after harvest providing the best drinking.
