Fresh & floral on the nose with freshly sawn oak aromas. Spicy with hints of smoke. On the palate, silky, mellow and fruity with balanced smokey/peaty flavours then sweet oak and heather honey. Finishes soft, elegantly spicy, with nutmeg, pepper and a gentle lingering smokiness.
