Sauvignon fans will love this beauty. It combines juicy Sauvignon flavours with a nice touch of effervescence, making it delightfully vibrant and appealing with gooseberry, elderflower and lime zest flavours on the nose followed by a succulent mouthfeel and a crisp dry finish.
This bubbly Sauvignon Blanc shows classic fresh herbaceous character in true Marlborough style. Flavours of greengage plum and juicy apricots with underlying mineral tones and well balanced acidity are enlivened with sparkle.
Fruit was harvested from vineyards sites in the Awatere and Wairau valleys of Marlborough. These vineyards were selected especially for the suitability of the characteristic flavours of their grapes to the production of a sparkling style wine. Grapes were transported quickly to the winery and pressed off their skins immediately to minimize skin contact. The juice was then cool fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and varietal character. The finished wine was carbonated to enliven the flavours and add an attractive sparkle.
Perfect for drinking immediately making any occasion a celebration. Enjoy this fabulous bubbles on its’ own or try with any fresh seafood appetiser.

OK quality for the price, but nothing special. It is a bit nondescript and without character, good as a sundowner sip.
