Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Sileni’s Hawke’s Bay vineyards with a range of soil types including gravels, silt and clay loam. The different characteristics of these sites provide depth and complexity of flavour in the wines.

Our warm Hawkes Bay climate has allowed us to produce full flavoured lower alcohol wines. This wine was cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the intense aromatic fruit and fresh flavours.

The WISP Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh and fragrant wine with intense ripe tropical, passionfruit and gooseberry aromas that follow onto the palate. A great aperitif or seafood wine made for drinking young. Recommended serving temperature 6-8°C.
