A wonderfully floral scented, voluptuous red with a soft creamy texture, subtle flavours of dried damson and mint and an elegantly savoury aftertaste.

After a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures the grapes are pressed and the juice is clarified. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperature (aprox 16ºC) during about 3 weeks.
