Lifted aromas of peach, apricot and fragrant blossom flowers laced with cinnamon. Rich with flavours of apricot, almond and an underlying spice. This wine has a full elegant palate and a balanced, long, lingering finish.
These grapes were sourced from a vineyard in the Hawkes Bay. The grapes were transported to the winery where they were pressed off, settled and fermented in stainless steel with selected yeast. Perfect for drinking now or with careful cellaring will continue to develop over the next 3-4 years.
Food Pairing: Well matched with roast chicken, Caesar salad or creamy pasta.

I have to say after consuming and sharing of this delightful Wine..It is one of the most underrated wines.. a lovely cross between a Pinot Gris and a chardonnay.. Great summer drink.
